注意,这是你在Mac上运行的后缀,而不是sendmail。

问题是,机器MX01.x x x.uk[212.x.x.134]配置为阻止邮件中继(通过SMTP接收电子邮件并将其发送到最终邮件服务器)。后缀配置文件通常存储在/etc/postfix中,因此您可以从那里开始查看。特别是,请查看main.cf中的mynetworks设置。
