必须在生成服务器上安装SQL Compact运行时作为生成的一部分,显然默认情况下不会安装:

对于SQL Compact 3.5,请使用:

msiexec /i %Build_SourcesDirectory%\tools\SSCERuntime_x86-ENU.msi /quiet /qn

msiexec /i %Build_SourcesDirectory%\tools\SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.msi /quiet /qn

对于SQL Compact 4.0,请使用:

 %Build_SourcesDirectory%\tools\SSCERuntime_x64-ENU.exe /quiet /qn

在azure-pipelines.yml中试试这个

steps:
- script: msiexec /i %Build_SourcesDirectory%\YourFolder\Driver\3.5.8109.0\SSCERuntime-ENU_x86.msi /quiet /qn 
  displayName: install SSCERuntime-ENU_x86.msi
- script: msiexec /i %Build_SourcesDirectory%\YourFolder\Driver\3.5.8109.0\SSCERuntime-ENU_x64.msi /quiet /qn
  displayName: install SSCERuntime-ENU_x64.msi
